Managed Product and Supply Process
JetEdge focuses on repeatable product combinations, clear specifications and dependable order communication.
Our supply process is built around qualified carbide blank resources, defined coating routes, product identification, order-based inspection requirements, packaging and shipment review.
Product Definition
Each JetEdge product is defined by its insert designation, chipbreaker, grade, coating type and application position.
The published JetEdge grade remains the customer's external product identity. Internal substrate and coating-process information is managed separately and is not used as the customer-facing product name.
Coating Coordination
JetEdge products use application-matched CVD or PVD coating routes according to the target workpiece material, operation and cutting condition.
The coating type is fixed within the published grade positioning and should not be changed under the same customer-facing grade without technical review.
Order Review
Before an order is confirmed, JetEdge reviews the insert designation, grade, quantity, packaging requirement, application information and requested delivery conditions.
For sample or application-based enquiries, the workpiece material, hardness, operation and current cutting problem are reviewed before a product direction is recommended.
Inspection and Product Identification
Before shipment, product identity, quantity, appearance and packaging requirements are reviewed according to the applicable product program and order requirements.
Additional dimensional, coating or batch-documentation requirements should be confirmed during quotation and order review.
Packaging and Supply Support
JetEdge supports standard branded packaging and may evaluate private-label packaging for qualified cooperation projects.
Packaging format, label information, minimum order requirements and delivery arrangements are confirmed according to the product and commercial program.
Sample and Application Evaluation
Sample evaluation may be arranged for selected standard products and qualified projects.
Final performance depends on the workpiece material, machine condition, toolholder, insert geometry and cutting parameters. Product suitability should be confirmed through controlled machining trials.
